Scrummy is a free, real-time planning poker tool for remote Scrum teams. Create a room, share the link, and the team votes on story points together — no accounts required. Rooms can be password-protected and pick from a few card decks (Fibonacci, T-shirt sizes, binary).

It runs on a Cloudflare Durable Object per room, using the WebSocket Hibernation API so an idle room holds no live compute between messages — state lives in the Durable Object’s SQLite storage and rehydrates on the next message. Rooms clean themselves up after 30 days of total inactivity.
