Cronjobly Discontinued

Schedule, monitor, and manage cron jobs, with real-time logs and failure alerts.

Cronjobly scheduled, ran, and monitored cron jobs written in JavaScript, Python, or Go, on serverless infrastructure — no servers to maintain. Standard cron expressions, a RESTful API, environment variable management, and a dashboard with per-job execution history for debugging failures.

Why it ended

Similar to Usertune - I couldn’t find a market for it. I was targeting engineers, but a lot of bigger platforms already provide some form of cron job scheduling built in, and it never really took off.

What I learned

Same lesson as Usertune - I should have done the market research before building it, not after. I also failed to do enough marketing and reach-outs once it was live.
